Therapy with Anna
Finding a therapist who you connect with can be an arduous journey in itself- and I want you to know I recognize and honor your journey. Mister Rogers said, “knowing that we can be loved exactly as we are gives us all the best opportunity for growing into the healthiest of people.” His words can guide our therapeutic relationship to strive for the most effective connection for growth.
I practice from an integrative approach that will help us to understand how intergenerational family patterns impact your family and social functioning- as well as using the mind-body approach with skills-based CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I commonly work with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, parental alienation, relationship issues in families and the workplace, divorce, self-esteem, and beginnings and endings in birth and death. I look forward to taking the next step with you.
