Therapy with Falasade
How do I become a better version of myself? That is the question I want to help you find the answer to. There are many challenges we face throughout our lives and they can impact us greatly. As a counselor, I want to help you navigate and overcome these challenges and help you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself. While hard times are not always avoidable, how they impact us and how we react to them will determine how we are able to move beyond them. By understanding that our beliefs about ourselves and our external worlds impact our behaviors, we can identify strategies to develop positive thoughts and healthy coping mechanisms.
I generally work with adolescents and adults. Areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges (romantic partners, family, friends, co-workers, etc.), stress, life transitions, and personal development.
