Therapy with Jeannine
Taking the first step to begin therapy can be scary. However, it is the first step to becoming the healthiest version of yourself that you can become. Therapy is a safe place to verbalize and work through the aspects of life that weigh you down. Sometimes, your struggles and concerns can be so overwhelming you may feel isolated, the good news is, you are not alone. Together we will tackle issues that leave you feeling discouraged and create a new narrative that will restore your mind. We will establish a personalized treatment plan, and utilize various types of therapy, such as Strengths-Based Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Jeannine is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). She earned her Bachelors of Social Work from Nyack College, and her Masters in Social Work from Monmouth University, where her focus was on Clinical Practice with Families and Children. Jeannine has spent the past six years working in healthcare. Throughout most of her career, she has spent time working with families and individuals coping with life changes, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. Other focal point areas are: Isolation, Social Anxiety, Relationship Concerns, Stress Management, and Self-Esteem concerns.
