Therapy with Jenn (she,her)
Feeling anxious, lonely, down, overwhelmed, or in some way, not yourself? Often comparing yourself to others or focused on the negative? Struggling in relationships or dealing with a medical or physical ailment or trauma? Inquiring about therapy is your first step towards mindful self-awareness, as well as incredibly insightful and courageous. Recognizing the need for counseling is brave and the highest form of self-care.
While your issues and concerns are unique and personal, you should know, you’re not alone. Together we will develop an individualized plan to cope with and manage in a positive way, these feelings and experiences through the use of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused and strength-based therapy, and other personally appropriate strategies. I believe an integrative methodology to healing is best as it allows for an approach specific to each individual, tailoring to their unique personal needs.
