Therapy with Jonae (she, her)
Welcome! Thank you for taking the first steps of this new journey. It takes a strong person to identify that they need therapy. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey with the clinician and client. I am committed to providing a creative, unique, supportive and nonjudgmental environment to help clients explore and heal. I integrate different therapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, and strength-based therapy which is individualized for each client’s needs. I am here to validate each and every client’s journey from all its ups and downs to recognize that healing is not linear. My main focus is working with children and adolescents in targeting ineffective behaviors, anger management, self-esteem, and distorted beliefs.
