Therapy with Ken
Therapy should be a safe and comfortable process with an emphasis on self-empowerment. Whether you’re an adolescent struggling with learning disabilities or sexual identity, or an adult learning to adjust to a new set of circumstances we will find the path that provides help and healing.
In my practice, I enjoy working with a range of clients as I believe each individual brings a unique set of circumstances. Collaboratively we will explore those issues that bring you here today with a focus on self-awareness, personal growth and healing.
My approach utilizes techniques from the Cognitive Behavioral and Insight Orientated therapy models. This allows me to create a personalized experience tailored to your specific needs.
Asking for help isn’t easy, but if you’re willing to take the first step by reaching out together we can begin the process of healing and return to healthy living.
