Kristin is the Practice Manager at Cognicare Psychological Services and oversees the office’s day to day operations. She works very closely with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure that our clients are receiving the best possible care. She also serves on the practice’s leadership team where she designs and implements initiatives that assists the practice in remaining committed to our core goal of improving access to care for marginalized groups and members of our community.
Kristin is also responsible for many of our community building endeavors and has established professional relationships in the business and healthcare sectors. These efforts assist in our ability to foster community based connections that often help bridge gaps in client care. Kristin and the administration team work diligently to remain educated and aware of the changing needs within the community and are intentional about making the adjustments needed to better account for them.
Mental health is something that Kristin is truly passionate about as she has personally seen the difference that a safe space with a qualified professional can make in the lives of children, adults, couples, and families alike. Mental wellness is something we all can benefit from. For this reason, she hopes to use her professional influence to improve the delivery of mental health care for all.
Professional Development
Kristin is a graduate of the University of North Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville University. Over the last four years, Kristin has played a pivotal role in improving access to quality mental health services as a leader and practice administrator in the field. Additionally, Kristin possesses years of healthcare and management experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings serving a wide array of client’s needs.
