Therapy with Renee (she,her)
I recognize that beginning therapy can be challenging. My aim in working with you is to form a mutual understanding of goals, while creating a nonjudgmental space to feel heard, share experiences, and build skills to work towards specified goals together. I utilize cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies to assist clients to begin accepting emotions through identifying and regulating, while identifying thoughts to build healthier patterns in thinking.
