Therapy with Victoria
They say “one size fits all” meaning that something is meant to fit all shapes and sizes. I believe that therapy does not fit in with the “one size fits all saying.” Therapy is supposed to be catered with the person in mind. I believe that the client knows themselves better than any other person. With that being kept in mind, I plan to work with you, trying different techniques to figure out what best suits you.
I have worked with children and adults both online and in person. I have experience in play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, creating writing, music therapy, and the trauma narrative. My goal is to help you achieve your goals.
