Adolescent years are some of the most difficult years in human development. The most common struggle for teens is anxiety. When facing this anxiety, a lot of teens turn inward. Talk therapy can help adolescents to become more self-aware, improve academic achievement and foster healthy relationships.
The goal is to help teens talk through their problems, identify issues that are contributing to their anxiety, identify positive personal strengths and learn ways to manage complex emotions.
