Therapy with Chris (they, them)
Therapy is a collaborative experience between you and the clinician. I believe that each client comes in as the expert of their own experience seeking support and new tools to continue their growth. With a solution focused and strength based approach, we can work together to identify issues and discover solutions to areas in your life where you need support.
Areas of specialty include working with teens and adults, especially with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, LBGTQ+, and alternative relationship styles (including ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, kink, and more). As a queer polyamorous community member, I can offer unique support and perspective to help other community members heal and grow.
