Constance Marion, LSW (she/her)
Everyone has unique life circumstances and aims when seeking therapy, so I believe it’s important to collaborate with my clients to direct the areas and focus of our work. Together, we explore what they want to change or accomplish, assess their individual strengths and needs, and develop a targeted plan to address their concerns and make lasting, positive change in their lives. These plans often include a mixture of internal skills, like grounding and redirecting thoughts to get out of a spiral, and interpersonal skills, like techniques for effective emotional communication and maintaining boundaries. My primary goal is to help you understand yourself and your struggles in a way that emphasizes who you want to be and your power to meet your goals.
