Therapy with Elizabeth (she, her)
Every individual is unique in their experience, and there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. I believe in a client-centered counseling approach and the importance of collaborative goal setting between client and therapist. My goal is to provide a compassionate, safe, and welcoming environment to all. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches into my work with clients, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based, interpersonal, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and humanistic approaches. I provide services to both individuals as well as couples.
