Therapy with Eve (she/her)
Eve Schott Taub is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor with more than 16 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. She received her M.A. and Ed.S. in Counseling from Seton Hall University and has maintained a private practice since 2010. In addition to her clinical work, Eve has served as a graduate counseling professor, mentoring and training future mental health professionals.
Eve works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, and everyday stressors. Her approach is integrative and individualized, incorporating Cognitive Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Counseling, Solution-Focused techniques, and Behavioral interventions.
Eve believes that meaningful change begins within a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. Her goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered to develop greater self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting positive change. She is continually inspired by the resilience of the people she works with and considers it a privilege to be part of each client’s journey.
