Therapy with Jaclyn
I’m so happy you’re here! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I believe it’s important to feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted as you are. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my goal is to build a trusting, collaborative relationship that allows you to explore challenges openly and at your own pace.
I approach therapy in a flexible and individualized way, drawing from evidence-based care to support meaningful, sustainable change in a way that feels supportive and attainable. I also work with clients to build resilience as they navigate life’s challenges. Being human means we all struggle from time to time, and healing looks different for everyone. I believe having someone to walk alongside you in that process can make all the difference, and I would be honored to be that person.
