Therapy with Jasmine (she, her)
Being able to confront individual concerns and unpeel the layers contributing to current problems is usually a task that is extremely difficult. As a clinician, my goal is to assist clients on a journey of self-discovery. I aim to provide a comfortable, open and nonjudgmental environment.
Often, we have concerns regarding expectations in life and life roles. I specialize in working with clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, improving self-love and better managing negative emotions. I also specialize in working with those who identify with minority identity and those within the LGBTQ+ community. I provide individual, couples and family therapy.
