I believe that meaningful change begins in a space where people feel safe, heard, and accepted. My approach to therapy is solution focused, collaborative, and direct, creating an environment where clients can explore life’s challenges without fear of judgment. I recognize that every person’s story is unique, and I tailor treatment to meet each client’s individual needs, goals, and strengths.
Drawing on my background working with individuals affected by substance use, criminal justice involvement, and complex family dynamics, I have developed a deep appreciation for resilience and the many ways people adapt to difficult circumstances. While my experience includes addiction treatment, I enjoy working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation.
My therapeutic style is rooted in a client-centered approach and incorporates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify practical strategies that support lasting growth while building on each person’s existing strengths.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, working through past experiences, or simply seeking greater balance and fulfillment, I am committed to providing compassionate, individualized care. My goal is to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and feel empowered to create meaningful, lasting change.
