My goal is to help you reach your goals, whether you are looking to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, process traumatic experiences, or cope with current life stressors. I am confident that by combining evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies, with my clinical experience, that we can work together to get you where you want to be.
Additionally, I am passionate about working with individuals who have binge-eating disorder or challenges with body image, in hopes of helping you to develop a peaceful and meaningful relationship with both food and your body.

I provide individual therapy to teenagers and adults.
I also provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed clinicians, both LSW’s and LAC’s.
Professional Development
Dr. Meier is a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Moravian University, a Master’s in Social Work at Rutgers University, and a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Saint Elizabeth University. Dr. Meier has over 10 years of experience in the field, receiving training in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr. Meier is currently receiving specialized consultation for the treatment of eating disorders.
