Therapy with Kristie (she, they)
Seeking therapy is a great step in seeking the change we want in our lives. Your strengths have helped shape you and gotten to today.
I have found each client benefits from an approach that matches your own needs and strengths.
Being able to build trust together is a privilege that I do not take lightly, and I work to protect this space for you. My goal is to work alongside and provide support as you work to grow. I strive to create
a safe therapeutic environment guided with supportive, caring communication.
Over my career, I have been able to work in different settings meeting the needs of a variety of clients. I have supported clients in both clinic settings and in their homes.
I have served clients with co-occurring challenges including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Family conflict, communication issues, and those on the Autism Spectrum and in the LGBTQIA+ Community. I have worked with adolescents, adults and families.
All these experiences have shaped how I approach the therapeutic process with each client.
