Therapy with Liz (she/her/hers)
Taking the steps to seek therapy can be difficult and overwhelming, but I am here to tell you that I am already proud of you for beginning this journey. As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe space where you feel comfortable to be able to grow and change into the person you know you can be. Although life is filled with ups and downs and uncertainty, we can work together to create stability and healthy coping skills. I hope to provide this safe space for you through empathy, creativity, and understanding.
By utilizing different therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, art therapy, play therapy, and trauma-focused work we will work together to find the best treatment for you. I work with children ages 5 and up as well as adolescents, teenagers, young adults, and adults. I have experience working with eating disorders and trauma as well as depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.
