Therapy with René
I believe that each individual person is the expert on their own life and at times need support, safety, and guidance to navigate life’s challenges. Using collaboration, transparency, and trust in the therapeutic relationship, we allow for a supportive atmosphere for change to unfold. As a clinician, I aim to mold the therapeutic experience to be what each individual person needs to succeed.
Through an integrative approach, my goal is to create a non-judgmental, empathic, understanding and honest space. My treatment specialities include adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and loved ones/partners of those with substance use disorders. Together, we can get you to the place you strive to be.
