Therapy with Sarah (she, her):
Everyone deserves a safe space where they feel heard. Some central goals I address with my clients include empowerment to find their personal ideal coping skills, help with the development of assertive communication, and more self-aware feelings identification. In sessions, I use a client-centered approach, tailoring my approach to each client and their personal goals. Coping skills are essential as one matures into this ever-changing world. Some coping skills that I review in sessions include journaling, mindfulness, and sensory-related skills practice. Coping skills vary for every person, and I am passionate about helping each individual client find their balance and path forward.
As a flexible, judgement-free therapist, I look forward to working with you and learning more about you to support your growth.
