Therapy with Tori (she, her)
As a therapist, Victoria feels her goal is to meet you “where you are” at the start of treatment. Victoria provides a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic, and open space. She believes although we often cannot change our circumstances, we can discover new coping skills to overcome these challenges. Victoria is regularly in awe of the strength and resilience that clients bring to sessions and will work with you to foster these attributes if you cannot see them yet. Therapy can be difficult at times but when you show up and put in the work, growth and change can follow.
By utilizing approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and a strengths-based approach, Victoria will work with you to achieve your goals through a treatment plan that is best for your needs.
Tori works with children, teens and adults (including older adults).
